terms of service
- customers agree they have provided a correct and secure mailing address, and Sofftpunk takes no responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses, or other information
- customers agree to not hold Sofftpunk responsible for orders lost in the mail
- customers understand that your purchase may not come with insurance and/or tracking information and refunds due to loss or damage during postage will be at our discretion
- all customers agree that you are solely responsible for paying any import taxes or customs fees incurred
- returns, refunds or exchanges made after an order has been shipped can only be made at our discretion
- size exchanges of apparel pieces will only be allowed at our discretion
packaging
all orders are lovingly hand packaged into branded packaging; secure envelopes or mailer boxes. orders from countries that require a customs form will have the order contents declared on the packaging.
if you have a custom request for packaging; eg. use a different name on the thank you note or use discrete, plain packaging, please leave a message with your order. We will try to complete any reasonable request to the best of our abilities, or get in touch with you to explain if we cannot.
it may not always be possible to hide the items and prices of items marked as gifts due to customs purposes. however, a gift message can be added free of charge, simply leave the message in the notes at checkout. if you purchase a postcard, you can request your gift message be written on the postcard.

Sofftpunk offers both domestic (within Europe) delivery and international (rest of the world) delivery. all orders are delivered through CTT Normal International Mail (international orders) and CTT Normal National Mail.

- due to worldwide postage delays during the pandemic, we are asking international customers to wait up to four weeks and domestic customers up to two weeks for devliery. we apologise for the inconvenience, but we must also appreciate the increased wait time is in part due to new and improved hygeine measures. we hope all postal workers are staying safe and well!
